A woman known online as Toxii has left social media users stunned after revealing how dramatically her appearance changed in just four years. Her transformation is so extreme that many people say she looks like a completely different person.

Today, much of her upper body is covered in black tattoos. She also has inked eyes and tongue, a split tongue, horn-like implants in her forehead, and several other body modifications. Most surprisingly, she says she had her nose removed and keeps it preserved in a small jar.

The contrast became even more striking when Toxii shared a photo of herself from 2019. In the older image, she had long blonde hair, traditional makeup, and almost no visible tattoos. Her current look, with dark hair and extensive modifications, is nearly unrecognizable beside it.

Toxii says her choices are about embracing imperfection and creating an appearance that feels completely her own. She has explained that some procedures were extremely painful, especially the removal of her nose, which reportedly took weeks to heal.
